Primary Responsibilities 


  • Effectively communicate with employees at all levels within the organization; liaise between corporate IT teams and local colleagues/system users
  • Provide Information Technology (IT) assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues
  • Respond to queries in person, via phone, and through email correspondence in a timely manner while maintaining detailed records; escalate situations that require additional expertise/signoff
  • Install, deploy, and repair desktops, laptops, iPads, and mobile devices to users
  • Create and terminate user accounts as needed
  • Perform preventative maintenance on workstations, printers, and equipment to ensure efficiency
  • Become facile with company applications and software to help address and triage software-related user issues as they arise
  • Develop and maintain internal training guides for users on the installation, modification or repair of equipment (i.e. laptops, PCs, desk phones, cell phones)
  • Maintain daily performance of company equipment
  • Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN)
  • Maintains the “IT environment” according to company policies, best practices, and SOX policies
  • Travel to satellite offices may be required



  • Exceptional fluency in English; strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline
  • Project management and training experience
  • Proven experience providing technology related customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Google Suite, Microsoft Server Products, VPN, and network troubleshooting
  • 3-5 years of experience in Information Technology roles (preferably a IT support or related role)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work effectively under limited supervision as needed
