    Enthalpy Analytical, is part of the larger organization, Montrose Environmental Group, is comprised of over 8 laboratories servicing air, water, soil and tobacco testing.  Regulations drive the need for our services, but our unique capabilities allow us to add value to clients beyond environmental compliance.  For our families and communities, we strive to protect the air they breathe, the water they drink, and the soil on which they live.  


    We are currently looking for an entry-level programmer/analyst to assist in the development and support of our in-house laboratory information management system (LIMS).  We are looking for a candidate with the skills and motivation to translate complex laboratory workflows and data flow paths into an automated system.  The IT Programmer/Analyst will be working with our lead developer, laboratory chemists, and engineers to identify bottlenecks, design and build solutions.


    Responsbilities Include:


    • Translate laboratory workflows into database schemas, views and reports.
    • Create reports using SQL Server Reporting Services
    • Develop and implement front-end components using C#, WPF, Xaml, MVVM
    • Work with end-users to diagnose problems and implement solutions
    • Create automated regression tests
    • Develop applications for data capture and instrument control
    • Excercise safe work practices by following Company safety rules and OSHA regulations, including attendance at all required safety training programs.
    • Participate in company's continuous improvement programs and provide support to team efforts.
    • Perform other duties, as assigned.



    • Bachelor's Degree required.  Bachelor's Degree in Math, Engineering, or the Sciences (with classword or experinece in object-oriented programming and databases), preferred.
    • Experience with SQL Server and the .Net framework, preferred
    • Motivated to learn new technologies, and able to pick up a new language or framework
    • Work collaboratively to analyze problems, then take charge and implement the solution
    • Able to work independently and manage mulitple responsibilities (i.e., self-starter, self-motivated)
    • Ability to interface with cross-functional teams and all levels of personnel/management
    • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
    • Solid organization and time/project management skills
    • English language competency
