    The role of the Client Project Manager is multifaceted and encompasses both technical and field related expertise.  The key responsibilities of the Client Project Manager are divided into the following areas; Customer Service, Account Management, Oversight of LDAR & Tagging Programs, and General Air Quality Compliance for our clients.


    The Client Project Manager may carry out some or all the following functions in connection with the performance of their duties:


    Customer Service

    • Provides customer support by treating customers with the high level of respect and courtesy without exception;
    • Serves as liaison between the client and MAQS employees;
    • Maintains the department’s positive culture;
    • Maintain excellent responsiveness and client relationships through effective communication and customer service skills.

    Account Management

    • Writes and/or assists in the submittal of proposals and cost estimates;
    • Configures project accounts in company software systems;
    • Participates in the preparation of the department’s short-range and long-range forecasting and budget goals;
    • Ensures timely and accurate invoicing;
    • Prepares job related expense reports;


    Oversight of LDAR and T&I Programs


    • Oversees all aspect of projects that are assigned to them including reporting, QA/QC, billing and scheduling;
    • Conducts regular and frequent field visits for assigned projects to check work being performed and to engage with clients;
    • Provides briefings to Supervisor on projects, relating to status other related planning events;

    Air Quality Compliance

    • Meet with clients to projects goals, status, compliance and discuss program requirements,
    • Act as a liaison between clients, personnel, government agency representatives, and laboratory personnel to resolve fines and penalties;
    • Ensures that the scope of work outlined in proposals and agreements is being met;
    • Ensures quality control and compliance with applicable regulations;
    • Oversees the general requirements for applicable air rules; 


    • Attends and participates in scheduled safety meetings and maintains safety training current;
    • Represents the company in a professional manner, including personal habits, dress codes, proper PPE and communication skills, etc.;
    • Follows company guidelines described in the Employee Manual.


    • Associate degree or higher, with an emphasis in environmental studies, or engineering strongly preferred.
    • Minimum 1-5 years of experience of field related work experience;
    • Must have strong verbal and written skills and is expected to communicate effectively with clients and all levels of the organization;
    • Possess good organizational and scheduling skills and have the ability to delegate;
    • Must be proficient in MS Excel and Word.
