    • Automates, designs, enhances, and maintains effective and scalable solutions for the optimization and integration of NetSuite with intercompany system(s).
    • Plans, codes, tests, and delivers cloud-based solutions to optimize and integrate NetSuite with external system(s)
    • Responsible for system implementation, configuration and maintenance of the change management system within NetSuite and/or related systems as assigned, to ensure it meets the requirements of the business.
    • Works collaboratively with intercompany departments to develop effective solutions.
    • Manages configuration changes to fields, workflows, roles/permissions, page layouts, custom objects, custom record types, reports, dashboards, etc.
    • Assist with the product design process.
    • Implements and maintains change management policies and/or procedures using approved software(s).
    • Performs functional configuration, system maintenance and business process testing for ongoing NetSuite upgrades as applicable.
    • Documents system requirements, changes and procedures to optimize and maintain the integrity of the system and data.
    • Maintains confidentiality at all times.
    • Exercises safe work practices by following all Company safety rules and OSHA regulations, including attendance at all required safety training programs. 
    • Participates in Company’s continuous improvement programs and provide support to team efforts. 
    • Keeps up-to-date and current on industry trends by completing formal training, reviewing professional publications, and attending professional workshops. 
    • Performs other duties as assigned. 





    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related discipline
    • 3+ years of experience with developing and managing NetSuite applications
    • Experience and knowledge of JavaScript, Suite Script, Representational State Transfer (REST), and other modern libraries and related NetSuite tools
    • Experience in a rigorous change management environment and a multi-phase development environment
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office software, Google and/or PC programs
    • Ability to interface with cross-functional teams and all levels of personnel/management
    • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
    • Solid organization and time/project management skills
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills
    • Able to work independently manage multiple responsibilities (i.e. self-starter, self-motivated)
    • English language competency
    • Willingness and ability to travel as needed



    • Extensive experience in NetSuite, JavaScript, and REST
    • Team-player who thrives in a collaborative working environment
    • NetSuite Certifications
