    • First point of contact for all incoming ticket requests received through internal ticketing system. Properly classifying and assigning tickets within Shared Services group to all team members
    • Conducts vendor maintenance tasks including, but not limited to, adding and updating vendors. Ensuring all vendor requests have appropriate forms completed. Merging duplicate vendors
    • Conducts customer maintenance tasks including, but not limited to, adding or updating customers. Updating credit terms after contracts terms have been updated and amended, merging duplicate customers, and creating subsidiary-parent relationships.
    • Assisting with Corporate Card program by ordering, replacing, updating and/or cancelling of credit cards. Validating appropriate approvals are received.
    • As needed, assists Shared Services Compliance and Reporting Manager with system audits or reporting
    • Practice safe work practices by following all Company safety rules and OSHA regulations, including attendance at all required safety training programs
    • Keep up-to-date and current on industry trends by completing formal training, reviewing professional publications, and attending professional workshops.
    • Participate in Company’s continuous improvement programs and provide support to team efforts.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.


    • 3+ years of related Accounts Payable experience
    • High school diploma/GED
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office software, Google and/or PC programs
    • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel
    • Ability to interface with cross-functional teams and all levels of personnel/management
    • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
    • Solid organization and time management skills
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to work independently, managing multiple responsibilities (i.e. self-starter, self-motivated)



    • 5+ years of related experience
    • Associates degree
    • Familiarity working with NetSuite, Concur Travel and Expense Reimbursements, AP Advantage, or other centralized utility vendors
