    • Performs diagnosis and troubleshooting support for all employees nationwide through the help desk ticketing system.
    • Responsible for providing in-person and/or remote support to end users, including report creation.
    • Answers calls, remote assistance, documentation and managing tickets to ensure customers are responded to in a timely manner.
    • Establishes and maintains user IDs, passwords and roles for users in accordance with designated processes.
    • Provides and assists with on-site NetSuite training by travelling to on-site locations as required.
    • Participates in system upgrades, integration and/or testing of new functionality as requested.
    • Collaborates with Human Resources department to ensure additions and/or changes are completed in a timely manner.
    • Troubleshoots basic hardware and connectivity issues with printers, scanners, copiers, etc.
    • Exercises safe work practices by following all Company safety rules and OSHA regulations, including attendance at all required safety training programs.
    • Participates in company’s continuous improvement programs and provide support to team efforts.
    • Keeps up-to-date and current on industry trends by completing formal training, reviewing professional publications, and attending professional workshops.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.


    • High school diploma/GED
    • 2+ years of experience with ERP systems
    • Ability to work as part of the team and independently
    • Ability to learn and teach various software to other users
    • Previous help desk and remote troubleshooting experience preferred
    • Demonstrated customer service experience
    • Ability to meet deadlines, multitask, and prioritize as necessary
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office software, Google and/or PC programs
    • Ability to interface with cross-functional teams and all levels of personnel/management
    • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
    • Solid organization and time management skills
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to work independently, managing multiple responsibilities (i.e. self-starter, self-motivated)



    • Associates Degree or higher from an accredited university
    • Experience working with NetSuite and/or ERP systems
    • Experience in business accounting principles
    • Experience with advanced Microsoft Excel functions (i.e. V-lookup, pivot tables, etc.).
