    Enthalpy Analytical, is part of the larger organization, Montrose Environmental Group, is comprised of over 8 laboratories servicing air, water, soil and tobacco testing.  Regulations drive the need for our services, but our unique capabilities allow us to add value to clients beyond environmental compliance.  For our families and communities, we strive to protect the air they breathe, the water they drink, and the soil on which they live.


    We are looking for a Project Manager to join our environmental laboratory in Berkeley, CA. This individual will be responsible for the following duties:

      • Primary account manager and point of contact for certain clients
      • Creates field sampling and bottle order requests
      • Schedules courier requests for pickups and deliveries
      • Assists in sample login and in preparation of sampling kits
      • Reviews login summaries
      • Generates reports and invoices and transmits to clients
      • Transmits project schedules and requirements to lab staff
      • Manage incoming work and priorities
      • Perform other duties as assigned


    • BA or BS degree preferred with some science background
    • Lab experience a plus
    • Effective communicator (written & verbal)
    • Proficient in Excel & Word
    • Committed to helping others
    • Ability to thrive in a hectic atmosphere
