Enthalpy Analytical, is part of the larger organization, Montrose Environmental Group, is comprised of over 8 laboratories servicing air, water, soil and tobacco testing. Regulations drive the need for our services, but our unique capabilities allow us to add value to clients beyond environmental compliance. We are currently seeking a full-time Toxicology Technical Director or our tobacco, cigarette, and e-cigarette testing laboratory in Richmond, VA. The Technical Director will be responsible for production of the Toxicology Department by ensuring timely and profitable production of toxicological (cytotoxicity, genotoxicity, mutagenicity) analyses. The Technical Director is the laboratory’s lead test and measurements technical resource, responsible for improving procedures and implementation of new technologies to reduce costs, and maximize operating efficiencies by effectively managing and developing available technology solutions. They will also improve efficiencies by minimizing down-time and maximizing instruction through-put and assisting the Group Leaders in training staff to operate new and existing test and measurement equipment.
