We are looking for a dynamic, experienced Senior Vice President of our Human Resources who has an incredible attention to detail, who has experience with managing a rapidly growing and dispersed workforce (hired organically or through acquisitions), who thrives in a fast-paced environment and who is comfortable being a part of (and driving) change. We believe the work we do, by definition, is incredibly meaningful and our team chemistry and cross-functional collaboration is a large part of our success to-date. Reporting to the CEO, the SVP of Human Resources (HR) is a core member of the corporate team and will be based out of Orange County, CA. He/She will be responsible for all HR functions, for helping develop and retain our talent, and for establishing culture-defining programs. The ideal candidate will have exquisite communication skills, senior leadership and management experience, a ‘roll-up-your-sleeves’ independence, and an affinity for fast-paced and rapidly growing environments.
