    We are looking to hire a Quality Assessment Coordinator who will be responsible for completing the following tasks.

     

    Essential Job Functions:

    • Assist in the management and maintenance of the company's Quality Management System (QMS) and accreditation.
    • Identify relevant quality-related training needs, develop training programs, and deliver training.
    • Work in conjunction with district and regional QA/QC staff to complete internal and third-party quality audits to maintain compliance with ASTM D7036-04, NELAP, and other state and regional accreditation requirements.
    • Assist in the development, utilization and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), internal qualification examinations, and QA/QC policies.
    • Coordinate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective Action Plans (CAP) with district and regional staff.
    • Maintain QMS records.

    Role and Responsibilities:

     

    The Quality Assessment Coordinator acts as a liaison between the corporate quality management team and district office personnel to implement and maintain the QMS.  Promoting continuous improvement, monitoring data integrity, and supporting a high standard for ethical conduct are key responsibilities of this position.

    • Responsible for researching and implementing all applicable requirements regarding the accreditation of Air Emissions Testing Bodies (AETB).
    • Assist the director in the management of all aspects of the quality management processes, including but not limited to identification of non-conforming work, corrective action, document control and revision, control of records, auditing, and system management review.
    • Assist in the training and development of all source testing staff members in the area of quality management with a focus on having each individual understand their role and responsibilities within the QMS.
    • Write or edit documents, including but not limited to memorandums, training records, audit reports, and SOPs.
    • Assist with office clerical and support services, including copying, scanning, printing, and document production.
    • Demonstrate discretion and good judgment when dealing with sensitive company and client data.

    Qualifications

    Qualifications and Education Requirements:

    • Must be competent in conducting analyses involving verbal and written data.
    • Proficient using Microsoft Office products.
    • Minimum 4-year college or university degree.

    Preferred Skills: 

    • Previous quality management experience related to the ISO17025, TNI FSMO, NELAP, or ASTM D7036-04 standards.
    • Previous air emission or laboratory related experience.
    • Detail oriented.
    • Strong organizational skills.
