    Position Responsibilities: 

     

    • Responsible for completing, assisting with and/or delegating administrative tasks related to the NetSuite system.
    • Assists junior staff with the training of new and/or existing users.
    • Responds to tickets via the Company’s ticketing system to ensure customers are responded to in a timely and professional manner, and escalates issues to management as appropriate.
    • Collaborates with the team to create and/or revise training materials, SOPs, etc. as required.
    • Coordinates and performs both on-site and/or virtual training for intercompany personnel.
    • Documents and maintains controls in order to remain in compliance with narratives and controls for audit purposes.
    • Develops and creates automated searches and reports for various end users.
    • Responsible for various ERP administration tasks and the optimization of user interfaces.
    • Serves as a liaison between operations, management, and/or intercompany personnel on assigned projects and/or initiatives.
    • Collaborates with NetSuite team on various NetSuite and/or related intercompany projects and initiatives as required.
    • Exercises safe work practices by following all Company safety rules and OSHA regulations, including attendance at all required safety training programs.
    • Participates in Company’s continuous improvement programs and provide support to team efforts.
    • Keeps up-to-date and current on industry trends by completing formal training, reviewing professional publications, and attending professional workshops. 
    • Performs other duties as assigned.

     

    Qualifications

    • 2-5 years of experience with NetSuite and/or similar ERP systems
    • High school diploma/GED
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office software, Google and/or PC programs
    • Ability to interface with cross-functional teams and all levels of personnel/management
    • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
    • Solid organization and time management skills
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to work independently, managing multiple responsibilities (i.e. self-starter, self-motivated)
    • Willingness and ability to work towards NetSuite Administrator certification

     

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Associate’s Degree or higher preferred, from an accredited university
    • Experience with advanced Microsoft Excel functions (e.g. v-lookup, pivot tables)
