    Role and Responsibilities:

    • The Administrative Assistant is responsible for front desk clerical tasks and assisting with the day-to-day administrative functions.
    • Answering phones and emails, in addition to redirecting and/or escalating as appropriate.
    • Perform general clerical duties associated with the operation/business, including filing, maintaining records, copying and scanning.
    • Assists with editing or proofreading documents and/or reports.
    • Assists office staff with general, administrative support tasks as needed.
    • Process all outgoing shipments as requested.
    • Assists with processing shipments as needed
    • Maintains neat and clean office environment area at all times.
    • Coordinates meeting set-up including, but not limited to, conference rooms, catering, guest confirmations, etc.
    • Manages inventory and restocking of supplies, and places orders when necessary.
    • Processes, receives, and distributes mail and shipments.
    • Maintains a high level of confidentiality at all times.
    • May assist with the planning and organization of special events.
    • Exercises safe work practices by following all Company safety rules and OSHA regulations, including attendance at all required safety training programs.
    • Participates in Company’s continuous improvement programs and provide support to team efforts.
    • Assist Shop Manager with maintaining equipment calibration spreadsheets, gas cylinder certificates, and other recordkeeping tasks.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.


    • 2+ years of general office experience required
    • High school diploma/GED
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office software, Google, and/or PC programs
    • Ability to interface with cross-functional teams and all levels of personnel/management
    • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
    • Solid organization and time management skills
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to work independently, managing multiple responsibilities (i.e. self-starter, self-motivated)
    • Willingness and ability to travel as needed
    • Must be able to lift 20 lbs.
