Position Responsibilities:

• Extract, compile and analyze data compilation to write draft reports for review by Project Manager.
• Review operational permits and programs to ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations and to control compliance costs.Review field and analytical lab data for treatment system operations and compliance.
• Prepare, submit and maintain required records, permits, and reports, in accordance with established guidelines by local, state, and federal agencies and company guidelines
• Review field and lab data for environmental compliance for permits and company standards.
• Prepare sketches/drawings and report figures for site plans, cross sections and adaptations to site-specific treatment systems
• Generate reports to appropriate standards under guidance from Project Managers and senior technical staff.
• Assist in field; light construction and installations. pilot testing and system operation and maintenance, collection of soil/water/air samples, well installation and development, and monitoring;
• Keep up-to-date and current on industry trends by completing formal training, reviewing professional publications, and attending professional workshops.
• Practice safe work practices by following all Company safety rules and OSHA regulations, including attendance at all required safety training programs.
• Participate in continuous improvement programs and provide support to team efforts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering discipline from an accredited university.
• 1+ years of environmental and/or engineering related experience
• Complete and maintain HAZWOPER certification with the 40 hour HAZWOPER environmental, health and safety class, and annual 8-hour refresher classes.
• Engineer-In-Training Certificate
• Ability/willingness to travel
• Basic proficiency with AutoCAD
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software
• Be able to deliver and receive electronic documents
• Ability to interface with cross-functional teams and all levels of personnel/management
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Solid organization and time/project management skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, must have legible handwriting
• Able to work independently manage multiple responsibilities (i.e. self-starter, self-motivated)
• English language competency
