    We are looking for a Project Manager Assistant to join our nicotine containing product testing group in Durham, NC. This individual will be responsible for the following duties:

     

    • Assists with login, storage and verification of client samples, verifies COC and notifies client of discrepancies
    • Review client protocols and verify study is set up accordingly
    • Review data prior to QA submission; scrutinize data for trends or anomolies
    • Work directly with group leaders, project manager and client (when necessary)
    • General administrative project support such as keeping detailed project notes and records or organization and maintenance of project data files (COC, Quote, PMaster etc.)
    • Maintain and monitor project plans and schedule (Sample pulls, delivery and available sample inventory).
    • Assisting with tracking assays status and logging each

     

    Qualifications

    • BS in analytical science or equivalent experience in analytical/environmental laboratory
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, experience with statistical analysis software a plus
    • Highly motivated and self-starter
    • Excellent verbal and written communication at all levels of the organization
    • Flexible schedule including overtime as needed
    • Able to multi-task under strict deadlines
    • Evaluation of statistics highly preferred
